"I Can Do It"
So I'm training and I remember back to what Ken told me, all the advice he gave me for training. It's all in the mind. So I'm training, and I want to a do a specific number of reps for a specific exercise. I wont get into details... but I kept saying in my mind "I can do it" and internalized that belief in me. I had to be aware of what I was telling myself when I was doing my exercises. Well I reached that number, and achieved my goal. I felt great and happy after that, it was a good feeling.
